Lyon is working as Site Engineer, responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that each project involves such as schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Lyon had 5 years management experience after he had successfully completed his double  Engineering Degree majoring in mechanical, electrical and management from University of New South Wales and University of Sydney.
