Crownview is located at 373 Crown Street, Wollongong NSW 2500. It is another mixed use development in Wollongong CBD with its modified DA approved by the consent authority in May 2016. The project comprises two towers which are twenty and ten storeys respectively, containing 149 contemporary apartments and about 7,110sqm of retail and office space that were designed to attract for medical specialists, pathology, image, private hospital, pharmacy, cafés restaurant and convenient store. The construction had commenced and is expected to complete by March 2019.
